Exchanges and Returns
Do you want to exchange or return a product?
You can do this quickly and easily in three steps.
You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt and we will ensure that the purchase amount is in your account within 14 working days after receipt of the return shipment.
Easy returns in three simple steps:
- Step 1: Fill in the return form. Download it " here ".
- Step 2: Send your order. Send the products together with the completed return form to the address in the Netherlands. Make sure you provide the package with a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.
- Step 3: Receive the purchase amount on your bank account. Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back on your bank account within 14 working days.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For the Netherlands we recommend PostNL, and for Belgium Bpost.
Can I try a product at home?
Yes, you can try out the product as you would in a store.
If you don't like the product, you can return it. It is important that you return the product in its original condition and in its original packaging. That way we can make another customer happy.
Once we have received your returned items and they fully meet our requirements, we will refund the purchase price to your account within 14 days.
Please contact us with the reason for the return.
Regardless of the reason, you have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason.
What are the exceptions to returns?
You probably understand that you cannot return the following items:
- Worn clothing: For example, you can't return the latest blazers after a night out.
- Vouchers, gift cards and discount coupons, even if they have not yet been used..
- Washed clothes.
- Damaged items.
- The product must not show any signs of use.
